Financial Policies

Our office is glad to work with you to get you the care you need. Indy Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as cash and check payments. We ask for payments at time of service unless previously arranged.

Financing

Financing is available through CareCredit. To pre-qualify for credit, visit CareCredit.com and complete their on-line application form. CareCredit’s approval response is provided quickly.  *Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required.

Fee For Service

Fee for service options are available to all patients. Fee for service pricing can not be combined with your insurance plans.

Insurance

Our office works with multiple insurance plans both medical and dental. Many Insurance plans require that both plans are notified prior to reimbursement. Our office files insurance claims as a courtesy, but payment estimates may change depending on your insurer and plan. Estimated deductibles and co-payments are based on conversations with your carrier, but are ultimately dependent upon your contract with the insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know about a rescheduled appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, patients may be billed a cancellation charge.
